Account Deletion

Mishpatav Lenegdi Association, Registered Association No. 580648681, operates the Mishpatav Lenegdi app. You can request deletion of an account and its data without reinstalling the app.
Delete an Account in the App
Open My Account and choose Manage Account.
Choose Delete Account and All Data.
If a local password was set, verify it. For an account without a local password, ownership is checked through the authenticated connection. Type the confirmation word shown in the interface and confirm the action.
Online deletion happens before the device copy is removed. If a deletion service is unavailable, the app stops and retains the local data so you can try again.
Request Deletion Without the App
Send a request from the account’s email address to info@m-lenegdi.org with the subject “Account Deletion Request — Mishpatav Lenegdi.” Do not send a password, verification code, or recovery key.
We will ask only for reasonable information needed to verify account ownership and handle the request.
What Is Deleted
The online sign-in identity and Supabase account details, including email and any linked phone number.
The profile, synchronization key, encrypted cloud copy, and synchronized saved items and study progress.
The website account link, reading history, and saved items created through the app.
Lesson-board registrations, membership of app-related groups, and notification tokens.
The account’s local vault on the device where deletion was performed in the app.
Local Youth Profiles
A user under 18 has an encrypted local profile only, without a cloud account, email, phone, or website link. Deleting it through Manage Account removes the profile and its local data from that device.
Information That May Be Retained
A WordPress account that existed independently before linking to the app may remain a separate website account. The app link and information it created are deleted. You can use the same email request to ask for deletion of the website account, subject to law and any independent content its owner published.
Donation documents, receipts, accounting records, dispute records, and information required by law are retained only for the necessary purpose and period. Account deletion does not cancel a recurring donation.
Security and operational logs retain the event and time as needed, but account identifiers are deleted or anonymized. Backups may remain temporarily until the normal backup cycle and will not be used to continue operating the account.
